Extremely unprofessional service. Very attentive while taking your money and securing tenancy but inattentive when it comes to settling the exit of tenancy and reimbursement of deposit. Most unprofessional place I've dealt with to date! The manager Lee-Anne was very rude she basically told me in her opinion a two bedroom is too small for me and my two children. I find it inconceivable that Taylor's Lettings have received so many excellent reviews.
