they are just thieves!!! many fees to be paid, in check out they are not happy with high standard cleaning if you don�t pay for it to a professional company when they NEVER do it for me when I moved to live in the property!!! just a bunch of thieves!! and also they do harassment to you if you are not happy with what they- their clients want!!! never ever used this company to rent out a property!!

6 Oct 2016Dear Sandra We are somewhat perplexed by your comments. As you will be aware, the property you rented through Taylors Lettings was professionally cleaned throughout prior to your occupation with new carpeting fitted, this being fully detailed within an independently compiled inventory and check-in report, signed and agreed with yourself. The terms of your tenancy agreement require you to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness as at the start of your tenancy. The check-out report clearly evidenced this as not being the case. In addition our inspections had also noted evidence of smoking within the property, this being contrary to the terms of tenancy. Regarding the improvements you requested, your landlord declined to agree to certain works. As these requested works were non-essential in nature, your landlord was under no obligation to carry them out. Please appreciate that, as agent we are obliged to act in accordance with your landlord's instruction. Extremely unprofessional service. Very attentive while taking your money and securing tenancy but inattentive when it comes to settling the exit of tenancy and reimbursement of deposit. Most unprofessional place I've dealt with to date! The manager Lee-Anne was very rude she basically told me in her opinion a two bedroom is too small for me and my two children. I find it inconceivable that Taylor's Lettings have received so many excellent reviews.
