As a professional female I have tried to arrange a viewing via this company on numerous occasions but they never bothered to call me back despite they promised they would. And the reason for this wasn't because the property was taken - it was still available on their website for another month! When you call in they ask you lot of questions about your employment, where you stay, who you live with, if you have to give notice etc. which I find very intrusive and unprofessional taking into account this is your first contact with the agency. I believe these folk are very selective when it comes to viewings so they do not have to leave the office. If you do not want to do your job properly as other agencies, don't bother staying on the market...

Do not use this letting agency! If you ever have any issues they will not deal with them quickly or professionally. As mentioned in another review the staff are rude and unhelpful. Flat hunting already!...
