We are tenants, and about to move into a private rented property. Our landlord used Albany Lettings to advertise his property, and find suitable tennants, thankfully us.

I am sorry again about the mix up with your appointment which was a genuine error over another viewing at the property at the same time which was cancelled. I have emailed you to explain this although sorry that we couldn't meet your demand for financial compensation.
