They say moving home is the most stressful thing a person can do. I disagree. I would say selling a property and buying another is the stressful thing you can do.
Thankfully for us, we had Phil Cole and his team supporting us every step of the way. From the initial valuation, to the placement of a sign, to the first offer, to the cancellation of that offer by the buyer, to the subsequent rollercoaster of a ride, to finding a new vendor, to a week's notice between exchange and completion, to eventual move into our new home.
Most of the people we know say they'll never move again and, yes, we are one of those people. If we did move again, we would use Phil and his team in a heartbeat.
We've left it over a month to leave this review, caught up in the euphoria of the moving success, but I can safely say we would've given up if it hadn't been for Phil.
Oh, I forgot to mention we had three agents working for us and only one gave us constant feedback, Symonds & Reading!
