This is the most poorly managed, unprofessional letting agents I have ever come across.
They have repetitively let themselves into my property with no notice whatsoever. I have been in the property and witnessed a representative let themselves into my flat with no door bell ring or anything. I have literally opened my bedroom door to a flat full of people I had no idea were due to visit...Totally unacceptable by any standards! I returned to my flat after work last week to my door (on a busy high street) totally unlocked and open. After having been made aware of these unannounced visits which have been occurring I am sure this was SN Estates doing.
I am not one to complain, but I feel extremely compelled to make others aware of how poor they are!

I disagree, my experience was up there with big companies such as Foxtons.

Absolutely agree! This is the most poorly managed unproffesional agency! We had lots of troubles with them!

Absolutely appalling service that resulted in myself and housemates losing a property after positive references less than a week before we were due to move in. I was constantly rang in work hours, threatened with a tight timeframe yet no clear deadline was ever given. ...
