Absolutely appalling service that resulted in myself and housemates losing a property after positive references less than a week before we were due to move in.
I was constantly rang in work hours, threatened with a tight timeframe yet no clear deadline was ever given. Agents were condescending, unprofessional, and late.
Refund was not given in the time frame promised, absolutely awful experience. Would strongly recommend anyone to avoid them - even if you really like the property in question.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
