Very poor. I am a first time buyer with a 25% deposit. I had made an offer on a house on field lane which was rejected by the vendor. I asked for the bottom line price so I could borrow the difference and buy the house. The estate agents didn't bother to email me back. I chased up again no response. On the third attempt the estate agents gave me a call explains the house had sold that day! I could have and would have gone to what the vendors had wanted if butters john bee only communicated. Looks like the estate agent Debi Lloyd was obstructive through the whole purchase.
