I sold my Grandmother's house through William H Brown - Their valuation was realistic and fees were competitive.
Photos were taken very quickly and put on the market within a week of the initial valuation. Had 3 offers and sold within 24 hours.
Really happy with how helpful the branch dealt with everything and how quickly the sale went through. Tony was helpful with any questions that I had and Emma was well informed with what was going on in the chain and where we were in the process.
Would HIGHLY recommend this branch, very pleased.
