Have contacted Mills Knight this morning to arrange a viewing on property which they currently want to let out. It's a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Poringland. After I said that we have 3 children the agent replied that the landlady accepts only 1 child in property which seemed weird as it's a 3 bedroom semi-detached house. We are currently in the same size property.
Comment on agent fees
Fees are pretty much similar with other agencies so is good.

Mills Knight are a smaller agency compared to some of the bigger ones but I chose them because they are a family run business with good local knowledge and their fees were so much more reasonable that most of the others. They didn't let me ...
