I was left without half of the deposit for minor repairs. I was forced to pay damages that we haven't caused, shame.

Extremely high, you need to pay every time, they are not customer friendly.

The property manager is biased in favour of the tenant - i gave more notice than is required, ( 4 months ), allowed early release from the tenants contract with no financial penalty and still i was treated unfairly.
