Sorry, not even worthy of a one star. The property manager is biased in favour of the tenant - i gave more notice than is required, ( 4 months ), allowed early release from the tenants contract with no financial penalty and still i was treated unfairly. Sorry, not even worthy of a one star.
The property manager is biased in favour of the tenant - i gave more notice than is required, ( 4 months ), allowed early release from the tenants contract with no financial penalty and still i was treated unfairly.
I will be lodging a complaint with John Shepherd which no doubt will be a whitewash, i will then complain to the ombudsman.
Truly awful service and have now moved my business elsewhere.

John shepherds rented me a house which was unfit to live in. They have held back half of my deposit and evicted me because i had to get Environmental health came in as they did not do the repairs in the house. John shepherds rented me a house which was unfit to live in.
