Very unprofessional; firstly the gentleman canceled my viewing without me knowing, whilst i canceled my plans. Will never recommend JS Birmingham to anyone. Unreasonable and unjustified charges. After our fixed term contract ended we wanted to go rolling and they charge £144 for doing nothing! And then they switched our energy supplier without our consent. Just unbelievably unprofessional.... Read Full Review

Will never recommend JS Birmingham to anyone. Unreasonable and unjustified charges. After our fixed term contract ended we wanted to go rolling and they charge £144 for doing nothing! And then they switched our energy supplier without our consent. Just unbelievably unprofessional.
When there were issues they took forever to respond.
Now we are leaving and give 1 month notice they insisted that the 1 month notice has to be in line with the tenancy date. That's extra two weeks we have to pay. Never came across any letting agency like this one. We will take our case to the ombudsman for certain. Will continue giving negative feedback to warn others.
Avoid at any cost.
