Higher than the average, hopefully the new legislation next year will abolish what on first glance appears to be nothing more than a money making scam from greedy letting agents who no longer can easily withhold tenants security deposits.

The fees on their website are a lie. It says £200 on their website but we were charged a £400 letting fee as this was a "special building". I assume they have many "special" buildings and the website fees are just to lure you in.
