Very unprofessional company, the worst we have ever had to deal with. Acting on behalf of a disabled pensioner being treat very unfairly after encountering a leak from one of their rented flats! They are going out of their way to make things as difficult and awkward as they can, with absolutely no care shown whatsoever to a disabled pensioner who has already had the misfortune of having to pay out for an earlier leak coming from the same flat. I would not go near this company with a barge pole, they are so cruel.

In summary, the agent was useless, rude and vaguely racist. The lettings agencies in Newcastle aren't great in general, but Rook Matthews Sayer in particular were just awful.Attached Filesnbsp;
