Everybody is aware that find a property to rent with a pet it is very difficult task, even more difficult what the agents you rely on totally lack of effort in helping you to find a place. I was told I could rent a property and then few days later I was turned down apparently by a landlord that wanted a long term tenant, so I emailed to agent offering to sign a 12 months contract, I did not expect the landlord to accept it but I was expecting the agent to try and come back to me with a yes or a no. I find the lack of responses to emails and/or phone calls very unprofessional and I'm extremely unhappy with this agency.
