As day one,we had several problems,like lying about the condition of the house. They forgot to mention that the house was seriously rat-infected. Ciar is the most arrogant accountant I have ever met. John is amusing,when hes got no idea,what to do,how to handle problems. Even,at the end of the tenancy(during it we were calling the head office,like 2times a month,average,regarding the rats),I am waiting for my deposit since weeks. They are trying to find the smallest problems to deduct from it. (Eg: 1 piece of raspberry in fridge=professional cleaners for£50,standard £70 for ENDING tenancy,absolute NO answers for my emails from head office,and they did deduct my rent,AFTER we moved out,fortunatelly the will send it back,offcourse,deducting a fee)
This company is an absolute failiour,outragious,what they are doing!!!!

Dear *, As explained to you, the current tenants' future property was delayed and they were unable to move out on the original agreed date. You were offered an alternative move in date. When you requested to have your deposit back it was returned to you, in full, within 3 working days. It's an unfortunate circumstance which was nobody's fault. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Misleading information about what the fees were for, led us to believe the "check in contribution" was for professional cleaning. After 4 weeks of chasing them for a partial refund (house was filthy when we moved in), they said it was actually a consultancy fee. Strange that it took two "professionals" 4 weeks to find out what a fee in the original contract was for, given that it's surely a standard fee for EVERY contract.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
