I have been using The Living Room to manage a couple of properties for almost 5 years now and would definitely recommend them. They have taken all the hassle out of what can be a very stressful business. They are quick to solve any problems which arise for both myself or the tenants and provide me with plenty of updates and a detailed monthly breakdown of accounts. When work needs carrying out they will always secure a fair price and only use tradespeople known to them. My tenants have also been happy with the level of service given to them. Having tried other agents in the past I know what I need from an agent and will absolutely be staying with these guys.
