Worst service ever. We were perfect tenants, no breakages, always paid on time and Neil was not helpful from start to finish. Landlord tried to take all of our deposit with no standing after two year tenancy of no problems and Neil encouraged us to 'just give up the deposit' and said he didn't want to be involved with the process and communications anymore. We went through TDS and got back almost all of our deposit (so clearly we shouldn't have just given it up) - when Neil would have had us lose it all. He works with second rate landlords and only cares about the money. Know that he will disappear when you actually need him. During Neil showing around prospective tenants when we had handed in notice, he had a go at us on the phone when we had stated we'd rather be in when they came. After bullying us into agreeing to let him do viewing when we weren't around, he left our door unlocked! Brilliant work Marshall Vizard. Do not use this agent!

I was disappointed and concerned to read your review, we do respond to all concerns promptly and then deal with all issues as instructed to by the landlord. We are an ARLA Licensed Agent and Members of the Property Ombudsman, we always act in a professional manner and have several routes of redress if you are unhappy during the tenancy.
