One of the worst estate agents I have been unfortunate enough to experience. Highly unprofessional, rude, condescending and disrespectful. Completely clueless about their role in upholding the contract from the landlord's side, many services were not provided, regardless of countless phone calls.
Dirty sink water pours into washing machine, and dryer has not worked longer than 2months. Completely ridiculous. No attempt made to fix the sink-washing machine connection.
Rushed into tenancy so apartment was not fully prepared, but were assured lights and fittings would be fixed shortly. The hallway is pitch black, 8months on, as it was before we began to live here. A leak in the roof was only fixed 6months into the tenancy.
No hot water for a week, and slow response from
agents, who when we decided to use our own plumber told us it was illegal.
Freezer seal loose thus door does not close and continually frozen over, thus have had to throw many freezer loads of food away.
An estate agent led by an overbearing, abrupt lady, who by using glorified terminology gives the false impression that she has a clue about property management and the law. She is in fact ignorant on most fronts and lacks any degree of professionalism, barring the ability to put up a good facade in spite of her ignorance.
The rest of the staff are a bunch of boys, who, bless them, are completely clueless.
Would never use mylondonhome again, and would never recommend them, in fact I am more inclined to go out of my way to deter people who may have the innocence to consider using them. Stay away!
