Worst Agency Ever! This agency is a real joke!
I am extremely disappointed of the Gordon and Co services. Unhappy, unsatisfied client. I was told I am paying £300 agency fees, as they 'Manage the property' and will 'fix' any issues if needed be.
From my experience, it was a huge failure as there is no added value from their services:
1- Poor negotiation skills (they just accept whatever landlord says and rip tenants off)
==>It took them long time before finding me a place! They didn't provide me with frequent updates! I was in a rush then took them a while before sorting out the whole process and handing me the keys and then they incurred one week rent (£210) on me just because the landlord said so !!!!!(Although they were the one who didn't sort the process quickly). I wanted a 6 months breakthrough, they didn't manage to get me one (because the landlord said so). So I got stuck with 1 year contract in a freezing studio with no decent shower.
2- Extremely slow! not responsive at all! 0 efficiency!
==>The management team is extremely slow in getting back to me whenever there is an issue. It is pretty much useless to report any issue to them coz they ll do nothing about it. my shower is not working properly, the place is freezing because the windows let the wind come through. I reported these problem since day one, it has been 2.5 months now, nothing has been done, useless exchange of emails and waste of time to say that the landlord does not wish to proceed with this (What is ur job?! sit back and relax?)
==>I got locked out because I forgot the keys inside the flat. I sent an emergency email to the property management team, she replied 2 days later saying that I need to get a locksmith agent, pay expensive costs to change the lock and give them the new set of keys bla ba bla... she could have just said to get the spare key from the local agency and then returning them back which seems to me a much reasonable, easier, cheaper option but apparently not to her.
Note: (a special thank to her colleague in Paddington agency who sorted out the issue efficiently).
3-Poor customer service
Gordon and Co has to improve their customer service and surely needs to train its staff to better interact with the customers in a rather polite and helpful way.
I would certainly not gone through Gordon and Co if I had to re-rent again nor will I recommend it to others. I had and still having a terrible experience with them.
My recommendation would be to stay away from this agency!it will save you time and headaches!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Improve:
-Customer Service
-Train/Hire competent and skilled staff that has the required negotiation skills for this job
-Be efficient and responsive in dealing with issues

Comment on agent fees
The agent fees are extremely high for the level of service they provide which is basically no service!
I would't even pay a single penny for the level of service I am currently receiving.

I believe our Head of Residential Management came to see you yesterday following her call to you, along with your Property Manager, and landlord. I believe that you all spoke at length about the issues you have raised in the above.
As we understand it, the works will proceed, as agreed with the landlord.
We hope we have now reached a conclusion where every party and their interests are satisfied and we have proven that we do take any complaints on board and always try to ensure our Tenants and Landlords alike are happy during their Tenancies. Please do call or email us again should any problems arise.
