What a breath of fresh air!
They are incredibly hard working, professional and lovely people.
Having used the paddington office to let my property for a number of years, I was never overly impressed with the previous staff ( not to mention specifics) It seems now that Dennis and his new team have really turned things around this time!
They have been great keeping in contact with me at all times, and have now found a great tenant.
I am more than happy with the service that they offer and urge landlords to get in touch with them.

The agent fees are extremely high for the level of service they provide which is basically no service! I would't even pay a single penny for the level of service I am currently receiving.

Sorry you feel the service you received from Gordon & Co was substandard, please know that we take every grievance very seriously and look to have both satisfied tenants and landlords.
I believe our Head of Residential Management came to see you yesterday following her call to you, along with your Property Manager, and landlord. I believe that you all spoke at length about the issues you have raised in the above.
As we understand it, the works will proceed, as agreed with the landlord.

I live at 140 Gloucester Terrace and Gordons have managed our property for the last decade. We were always very dissatisfied with their service but didn't know who might be better.
