This agency did nothing for me as a landlord.
When the tenancy ended they returned the tenant's deposit in fill , less £29 for locks i had to replace as keys were not returned.
Platinum completely ignored the fact that multiple tenants had occupied the house in spite of my saying that this was not to happen.
They would not address several things i was unhappy about, with the tenants, and treated me with indifference and rudeness.
I would NEVER use them again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone as a property management agent.
Comment on agent fees
They did NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!

Often part of the agents role is to advise landlords of their legal responsibilities and to accept the terms of the agreement they have entered into with their tenant. We act for the landlord and sometimes that means stopping the landlord from breaching their obligations and making unreasonable claims.
Landlords need to be aware that they are not permitted to visit and enter the house without permission of the tenant who has the right to quiet enjoyment. In this case the tenant on one occasion called the police.
The landlord has to accept reasonable where and tear. The tenant is responsible for accidental damage and abuse, not deterioration from normal use.
In this case the tenant had returned all the keys that were given according to the photocopy taken at the start of the tenancy and therefore there was no basis to charge.
At the end of the tenancy the landlord had decided to change the locks and booked a locksmith for £140 and we assisted by using our in house handyman who charged much less.
I believe we worked hard in this case to protect the landlord from further legal action from the tenants and shielded them from considerable stress.
Sorry to receive a negative response from the landlord and had thought about asking the tenant to post to give some balance..........but obviously that wouldn't be constructive.
