I recently moved to London and was looking for a flat to rent for me and my 2 friends. We are all students at UCL university and we found The flat on Zoopla. We sent a request to see the property and Shah called us and arranged a viewing. He was very polite and extremely helpful. Shah explained to us how to secure the property and sent us a receipt for the holding deposit. Shah kept us informed throughout the whole process and this made us feel very confident. Shah provided all the documents we wanted to see before we transferred the months rent and deposit, because we wanted to make sure they are a genuine company and registered with the property ombudsmen. He also met us at the property for the check in and waited for us even though we were 20 mins late. We would highly recommend this company and shah as an agent.
