The worst ever. Phone calls wont be answered politely. any problems will be turned into our fault and our responsibility before they are going to be bothered with any expenses. Will demand call out charges for checking on anything around in property. Will never get your deposit back in full even after you had paid for cleaners and stuff.

Deposit hunters and no more than that. They know how and who they can rip off. They looking for most vulnerable people to use. They will measure the grass in the garden with a liner and would say that it is different front garden from rear garden, even if you cut it on the same day. Buy deposit....
