AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is by far the WORST letting agency I have dealt with as a tenant. From the day we moved in (to a dirty flat that had supposedly been "professionally deep cleaned" at a charge of £200). The fridge smelt, the oven was filthy, there was an abandoned cross-trainer (which we had requested prior to moving in that it be removed) there was a broken chair and a pile of breeze blocks that we had no idea what they could have been used for or how to remove them (as they were very heavy). When asking the agency if we could remove all of these items, we were fobbed off on to different members of staff, telling us they would let us know in due course... this never happened.

During our 18 month stay at the property, we had a terrible time with the boiler and fridge which would take WEEKS at a time to sort out. We would call and send daily emails to the agency, but we never received acknowledgement from them until we had called and emailed around 10 times EACH. Our agent would pretend to be in meetings and we were constantly told she was "unavailable", despite hearing her voice in the background, telling the assistant what to say to us. At one point, I finally got through to our agent who said she couldn't find anybody to fix our boiler, at which point I suggested googling a handyman... she then encouraged ME to do so. Another time, in the height of winter, a handyman turned up without ANY tools suitable for fixing our boiler and said he had not been informed what the issue was by the agency.

We are all hardworking, kind people who treated the flat with care and paid our rent on time every month. We did NOT deserve to be treated in this way.

On top of this, when we moved out, they attempted to charge us AGAIN for a £200 deep clean for the new tenants, even though we left the flat in a better condition than when we found it.
They are APPALLING and rude.

DO NOT USE.

AVOID. Useless staff, didn't know what they were doing half the time. We were messed around over the whole year we stayed. Nothing we requested was ever done. And at the end of our tenancy they would not return our full deposit....

Comment on agent fees
Charged us ridiculously amounts of administration fees, which no doubt they pocketed.
