AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is by far the WORST letting agency I have dealt with as a tenant. From the day we moved in (to a dirty flat that had supposedly been "professionally deep cleaned" at a charge of £200). The fridge smelt, the oven was filthy, there was an abandoned cross-trainer... AVOID. Useless staff, didn't know what they were doing half the time. We were messed around over the whole year we stayed. Nothing we requested was ever done. And at the end of our tenancy they would not return our full... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more humane.

Charged us ridiculously amounts of administration fees, which no doubt they pocketed.
