AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is by far the WORST letting agency I have dealt with as a tenant. Been more humane.

I had a really bad experience with this estate agent only wanted to take the rent money and not fix property. So rude as well!!!!!! They made me live in damp and when I ask to get property fixed I then find out that the landlord stopped paying his mortgage and FORTE HOMES did not do their paperwok ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
