Terrible service, phone up on Tuesday to book a house viewing on Thursday at 5:30. Turn up 10 minutes early and wait until 5:40 with no sign of an agent. Call up the office and speak to the person who is meant to be showing us around the house. They have apparently called me to confirm my viewing (no missed calls, no voicemail left), and therefore have no showed up to the viewing. The response to me saying that calling up on Tuesday was me confirming was that we assume people will check their phone. Well in my mind if you don't contact the person directly then you should call again until you actually talk directly to them. Almost certainly down to incompetency on their part not dialing the right number.
Overall useless customer service, generally rude on the phone and would stay well clear of going forward.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Train employees on customer service skills.
Speak to prospective buyers directly rather than leaving ghost voicemails.
