Considering the amount of fees we paid to this agent, we felt customer service was sadly lacking. When asked to chase for information we were given the impression we were expecting too much. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have been more helpful and at least have thanked us for our business considering the amount of fees paid.

The fee percentage was standard but considering the standard of service, we didn\'t feel it was value for money.

Considering the amount of fees we paid to this agent, we felt customer service was sadly lacking. When asked to chase for information we were given the impression we were expecting too much. Consequently, we undertook a great deal of this ourselves. On completion day we had no contact from this agent which meant we had to contact them to arrange handing over of keys to our buyers. We had no thank you letter for our business, which is normally a matter of courtesy. Sorry, we were not impressed.

This gave me confidence we would sell our property quickly to a buyer who would see the sale through to completion. throughout this transaction, from the very beginning to the very end!
Mostly, I have dealt with Meryl who has been so professional and accurate
and given me very good advice in times when I need it. Very impressed and
happy that I decided to choose you.
Obviously, when choosing, I didn't know you and I can tell you that the main
reasons was the offer letter which was written a bit personal compared to
some other ones which where more standardized but also, that yours included
a picture which gave it a more personal touch.

Terrible service, phone up on Tuesday to book a house viewing on Thursday at 5:30. Turn up 10 minutes early and wait until 5:40 with no sign of an agent. Call up the office and speak to the person who is meant to be showing us around the house. They have apparently called me to confirm my viewing... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Train employees on customer service skills. Speak to prospective buyers directly rather than leaving ghost voicemails.

Call up the office and speak to the person who is meant to be showing us around the house. They have apparently called me to confirm my viewing (no missed calls, no voicemail left), and therefore have no showed up to the viewing. The response to me saying that calling up on Tuesday was me confirming was that we assume people will check their phone. Well in my mind if you don't contact the person directly then you should call again until you actually talk directly to them. Almost certainly down to incompetency on their part not dialing the right number.

Overall useless customer service, generally rude on the phone and would stay well clear of going forward.
