We note the comments of the said tenant and believe they are the tenants of a property at Salisbury Walk N19 where we were only instructed to collect the rent and the Landlord was solely responsible for repairs. We do not feel this is a fair review as we deal with 1000's of clients and tenants so would put this down to an isolated occurrence. We have strict procedures in place for the protection of the tenant's deposits, and all this is explained at the start of the tenancy. It can only be that you my have not followed part of the procedure which caused delays, though we are always on hand to help with any issues. This review seems very generic with no specific issues for us to address just a lot of mud slinging which is easy to do. You seem to have dealt with a member of staff that no longer works for the company. We always use integrity when assisting people trying to find a new home and as such if staff don't meet high standards inevitably they cannot work for our company. We regular monitor marketing and customer service so thank you for your feedback which has already had an effect as all staff now go through customer liaison courses. Thank you for your feedback, to avoid any such issues we recently employed an inventory clerk so there are no discrepancies in relation to damages in a property, as this can leave a bad taste in the mouth even if the tenancy went generally well. We also work to strict time guidelines for the carrying out of repairs, though cannot always enforce this when the landlord is responsible for the repair which may have been the situation in your case. Obviously it is hard to respond to a lot of mud slinging. Details would appreciated as if we have fallen short in certain instances, this would help us improve these aspects. We can say that we are one of only a few agents that have repair timelines in their contracts to ensure fairness on all sides and we abide by these. Whilst we manage properties it is the landlord that has the final say on the completion of a repair and it seems clear that in your instance the delay was on the landlords side ...

It was likely that the landlord was responsible for not providing the property in a timely manner as unknown to many, behind the scenes, even if the property is managed by the Agent they can only work within the landlord authorities.
