We have strict procedures in place for the protection of the tenant's deposits, and all this is explained at the start of the tenancy. We always use integrity when assisting people trying to find a new home and as such if staff don't meet high standards inevitably they cannot work for our company. View all comments (1) Thank you for your feedback, to avoid any such issues we recently employed an inventory clerk so there are no discrepancies in relation to damages in a property, as this can leave a bad taste in the mouth even if the tenancy went generally well. We can say that we are one of only a few agents that have repair timelines in their contracts to ensure fairness on all sides and we abide by these.
