Generally, Moreland's service has always been of a good to high standard - availability is excellent, and typically they are very responsive. At times it has taken a little long to get repairs sorted, but this was not necessarily the norm....

I have to disagree with this, I have rented my flat through Moreland for 3 years now. They manage it so I contact them with any problems and they always respond and deal with them very efficently.
