What agent could do to change your mind?
-up front about full range of fees when we met first -turn up when they say and don't make shocking mistakes like losing keys and waiting days to do anything about it. -push for a good price rather than a quick deal -charge less exorbitant fees for things like signing an agreement

They don;t mention when they first talk to you (though it is in the written terms) that everything (agreement, inventory, holding deposit, safety checks) are all above the large percentage fees. They pushed me to agree to a significantly lower rent than I actually got by sticking to my guns.
