I am genuinely sorry that you did not have a good experience letting a property with Atlantis.
With regards to the fees at the end of the tenancy we have recently changed our policy so that no administration fees are charged at the end of Tenancies under our new Tenancy Agreement. What agent could do to change your mind?
He should have advised the other client to wait and should have quickly showed us the property. At least 5 min. Time is money.
