What We Do
allAgents.co.uk is an independent review site for estate agents, letting agents and essentially anyone involved in the property chain in the UK.
Our objective is to help consumers make a more informed decision on which estate or letting agent they choose.
The Review Process
Customers can write a review for any estate agent or letting agent within the United Kingdom. Customers can write a detailed account of their experience with their agent and must also score their agent overall on our 5 star rating scale.
All reviewers must follow the review code and be fair and honest in what they write.
All reviews are moderated and checked for authenticity using our unique scoring system and must pass human review before being published. As a result, reviews may take up to 7 days to appear on the site.
In order to allow a balanced review process allAgents actively encourage agents to comment on every review.
If agents feel they have been unfairly represented and wish to offer an alternative view, they can. This also helps prospective customers evaluate both sides of the story and more importantly, view first-hand how the agent deals with complaints as well as praise during the decision process.

Our History
allAgents.co.uk was born in Bristol, England in 2006 as a result of a frustrating experience that a web developer had with his property agent. Slowly and steadily the site gathered a following and got regular mentions in the national and trade press.
Things changed dramatically in August 2011 with new ownership and the injection of private investment. The website has now been redesigned to become an even more valuable tool within the UK property industry with the introduction of the allAgents Annual Awards which highlight the UK’s best performing letting and estate agents on a regional, city and postcode basis.
Free at Point of Use
The core services of the website are FREE to agents and consumers alike. allAgents generates its income by offering advertising on agents' profile and review pages.
As more and more people use reviews to aid them to build shortlists of companies and products, the review profile page becomes more important than the home page of their own websites. So agents can add branding and other sponsorships to their allAgents pages.
Please note we have a firewall between advertising and the moderator of reviews.
