Comment on agent fees
Moving house is expensive, every agent charged 1% although i would far rather pay 1% to an estate agent who you feel provides a good service than one that won't know who you are in a months time. Sterlings in Kings Langley have an extensive knowledge of the village and i feel they're able to use in both the sale and purchase process so best advise both parties.

Overall my opinion of sterling is average at best. I did not find them particularly helpful and their Sales progression team were awful. No one knew what was going on and I felt that it was me constantly requesting an update.

What agent could do to change your mind?
As mentioned above I would not use sterling again nor would I recommend them. Michal who sold my property was excellent and I have no complaints whatsoever with him but the overall experience wasn't great.

Comment on agent fees
I felt the fees paid did not warrant the service I received. The estate agents whom I bought from were excellent. They were Very friendly and informative and seemed to know exactly what was going on at all times.
Sterling on the other hand almost dissapeared once the sale had been agreed. Again the only person who seemed to be making any effort was Michal. The difference between the two agents was very noticeable.
