After moving out and carrying out all necessary cleaning received a bill of £175 for a manhattan type of studio apartment. We paid professionals to do the end of tenancy cleaning. After checking report seems that we are paying for the same things that we have done already and some water stains on shower head. To everyone whoever want to select this agent please be aware and my comment is purely genuine. Even if you address all the defects even before going into the house and they mentioned it as noticed in the records are being charged back when I left the house. I have clearly called out my termination and they missed to record it and they charged back to me for their carelessness. I have been put pressure to pay the money irrespective of my argument. I was charged as 1500 in my first attempt for the property and later i was charged as 1525 and they have entered it in the contract as well and I was cornered. They keep on changing the property manager and atlast dont care about the agreement with the property manager at that time.
