We were shocked to read this review and I think that our landlord would not recognise the review from this tenant as being representative of the service we offer.
The reference we gave to this tenant was accurate, they consistently failed to pay the rent in full and on time which the landlord was not happy with, our job is to get the rent from the tenant on time and we make no apologies for chasing tenants to achieve this when they fail to pay as per the contract.

I have just been made aware of an email from the tenant that included requesting a copy of the inventory a week earlier than I was aware of, which was prior to the inventory being carried out. I am happy to set the record straight on this point. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
