I totally refute this complaint, I agreed the sale on the 25/5/15 and the 31/7/15 was agreed at the time as the anticipated completion date and included in the sales memorandum.
Like all transactions you set off in the hope that not too many obstacles will present themselves, but a projectory date can never be cast in stone because they often do.
