The property in question was shown as a block viewing and it was not marketed after you had made your offer. Part of our service to the Landlord is to put forward all offers made on the day. Although it is procedure for a holding deposit to be made in order for your offer to be passed on to the Landlord, it in no way means that the property has been secured or taken off the market as outlined on the HD receipt.
