We appreciate that the contract and reference fees are standard for tenancies in London, but were surprised at how high they were. Nevertheless, in this instance, given the speed with which everything was arranged we were comfortable with the fee.

I have worked with agencies with cheaper and equally more expensive fees. Would have appreciated if the agency would just give fee price inclusive of VAT as well as advised of the additional administration fee at the time of viewing, but wasn't a big issue and didn't deter us from pursuing the property.
