We then moved to Bangor Street and as our team grew we relocated to 12 Y Maes some years later. This has now been our home for a number of years and our team grow from strength to strength, employing approximately 17 employees, giving us a wealth of local knowledge and expertise.

This office has a dedicated sales team, letting team, commercial department together with our professional services speciality team. Whatever your property needs, you can find it all under one roof here at our Caernarfon Branch.

We negotiated our fees 6 years ago.. we should have re-negotiated them when we moved to the Caernarfon office. They were probably a little higher than current fees. However over the past 6 years, they had advertised extensively on our behalf.
