I didn’t use this agent to sell my property, but that was because I used a close friend who set-up on his own. If that wasn’t the case I would have used Jon Pilkington. The initial contact I had with Jon from valuation to regular dialogue over the few months that followed was really helpful. I would seriously consider using this agent if the right personnel were still post when coming to sell or rent.
