Don't have a problem with fees we are charged. Bradleys have had to work hard for us recently to find a new tenant and sort out some tenant changeover problems. They have earned their fee.

It is very pleasing to hear you were happy with the Saltash Team and also that the sale went through to a satisfactory conclusion. In reference to the 'cold calls' it could be other estate agency companies that are trying to contact yourself to try and obtain your property to sell as many of them employ data companies to source this information.
