If you have like 24h time to spend only on you're phone or emails and still not get any response, Belvoir is just an agency for you. Never will I rent a property from them again. Not thank you....

Appalling customer service and thoroughly unprofessional. The property was let unfurnished except for one bed, but when we moved in it had a table and chairs plus a full carload of other items in it, ranging from a vacuum cleaner to an 80s mullet wig so clearly wasn't inspected before the tenancy started. On initial viewing we had noted a number of issues with the electrics and were assured they were fixed, but when we moved in we found plug sockets not attached to the walls and several of th...

Choice of 4 services available, however can be modified further to suit individual Landlord requirements.

Charges consist of either a one off fee or a set up fee and monthly management fee

One Off Fee £325 + VAT (Inventory charged separately, optional)


Option 3 Let Only & Rent Collection
Tenancy Start Up Fee £150 + VAT (Inventory charged separately, optional)
*Monthly Rent Collection Fee 8% + VAT


Option 4 Full Management –

Tenancy Start Up Fee £150 + VAT (Inventory charged separately, compulsory)
*Monthly Management Fee 10.5% + VAT

Accompanied Checkout £25 + VAT
& handling deposit transition

Tenancy renewal to existing tenant £25 + VAT

*The monthly management fee is a percentage calculation of each monthly rent throughout the period of tenancy

Note: Without an inventory, the landlord may lose any right to make a claim for compensation against the tenant for damage to the property during the term of the let.

Belvoir operate on a NO–LET–NO-FEE basis, therefore no fees are payable until we
find a suitable tenant. Fees will, wherever possible, be deducted from
rental income received.

Complaints Procedure

Belvoir franchise offices are focused on our core principles of being professional, being a specialist and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

In the unlikely event you wish to make a complaint, you should, in the first instance put this in writing to the Franchise Owner of the Belvoir office you are having an issue with. Depending on the nature of the issue our offices may not be able to resolve it as quickly as they would like. If this is the case, the Franchise Owner will acknowledge your complaint and then respond to your complaint after they’ve had an opportunity to fully investigate, usually within 7 days.

Hopefully your complaint will be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties but if this is not the case or you are not happy with the response you receive you should be made aware that most Belvoir offices subscribe to professional bodies that provide you with an independent redress facility.
