What agent could do to change your mind?
Head of the company is a lying bully claims he never received any rent when I had receipts to prove what was paid. Failed to do any repairs even when notified my child was badly injured. Thugs were sent to the door whilst i was heavy pregnant and on my own with 2 other children. Sent lots of threatening texts. Is trying to con more money out of me by lying saying he never received anything. All monies turned out to be going into his private account NOT the 1 on the company books. Had a call from social Mr Sneddon lied saying I had been taking cocaine whilst pregnant amongst other malicious lies. Have had to have police involvement because of this man. He was charming and convincing but after a year of neglect I discovered what a crook they are take money then lie about where it has gone etc.AVOID THIS COMPANY ROBBING, LYING, BULLYING CROOKSAttached Filesnbsp;

I would warn anyone thinking of using them to stay well clear they have no care for anyone. They do things without your consent, they lie they do not pay the rent to you they make up contracts which are not legal, they are cowboys!!...

Appears charming to start with then acts stupid to do you out of money. Leave you house/flat empty rather use relocate central as a letting agent. I have been left paying 2 mortgages with little or no rent coming in....

Would never recommend this estate agent to anyone. Would recommend any prospective house seller or house buyer to give this company a wide berth. They will manipulate anyone to receive extra cash for doing hardly any work. They will not even refund money that is ...
