Found the flat on offer by Boydens and enquired about the parking arrangements at the property. I wouldn't normally bother to leave reviews for agents - they tend to do very little to earn their money so my relationship with them is usually one of mild disinterest. Not so with Platinum.
My experience of them pretty much echoes that of other reviewers - before we became tenants, they were promising the earth, but it quickly became apparent that they were prepared to use every dirty trick in the book.
