Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the service you have received from us, please email in the first instance, stating your grievance to [email protected]. Your complain will then be addressed by one of the company's founders.There are processes in place to deal with your complaint including referring it to an outside arbitrator if it can not be dealt with in-house.To date, since our inception in 1996, we have yet to have one single complaint referred to a third party.We are very proud of this record.
