We have let with them for two years and had very little comunication. requests often ignored. different departments send us contradictory information from a non reply email address. Property visit have been only once and very poor report. Most seriously applying charegs to the tenant on an annual basis without telling us when we had specifically asked them not to. Them seem to have no awareness on us as an individual landlord. we live abroad and probably only get one email answered in 10 sent and they never voluntarily contact us to give us info. I have used many agents and this one has been the worst by a very long way. They wont even give us info on the corect exit procedure!
