Jimmy came to assess my house to be let. He was very well dressed, very well spoken and extremely polite. I was initialy happy with his service as he found me a tenant within 24hours! Impressive..or so I thought. It turns out that my poor tenants paid Jimmy ƒâ€š‚£1500 deposit ....and we never heard from him again!
What agent could do to change your mind?
It would help if he paid my poor tenants back their depositAttached Filesnbsp;
